For Kids by Kids

A battle entirely imagined and run by bgirls and bboys aged 5 to 16. They pick the categories, write the MC cards, choose the music, work the decks, the mic and the judging - with no adult involvement at all.

Officially launched in 2022, the concept had already sprouted at the 2021 camps. Everyone enters the cypher with their own personality; all are creative, respectful, and cheer each other on across ages and categories.

The same joy as the kids of another era and another continent: the Bronx of the 70s, the cradle of breaking.
